No more songs and music. No more glamorous designs of buildings and products. No more literature and history in the world. How can we survive in this kind of "cold" world? That is impossible. Nowadays, people have been much involved in the challenges of improving the quality of life with advanced technology. Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education are likely to be encouraged to the youth but not language arts anymore. These kinds of notions can really cause a lot of drawbacks in future. Undoubtedly, people today are seemed to be only devoting themselves to the numbers and letters instead of languages. Our mother tongue languages, which include vernacular languages and dialects, are not even applied. Without correcting the grammar mistakes and mispronunciation, the expression of idea by the voice is gradually becoming vague and as a result communication barrier will be occurred. When time goes on, the rate of illiteracy will increase rapidly. Also, development of philology and literature would be affected. Youth today are discouraged from spending too much time on poetry. Poems such as the 300 Tang and Song Chinese poems will no longer be learnt in the world today. Besides, involving too much in STEM will influence the development of art to a certain extent. When people bury themselves into the books, they cannot value the beauty of art and they lost the capability of judging works of art. In fact, the mind of creation and innovation is off utmost important in creating the characteristic of a person and it should not be neglected. A Roman author once said, "Art is born of the observation and investigation of nature" (Cicero, n.d.) . Undeniably, art is actually one of the elements in our high-tech life today. In conclusion, That is truth that introducing STEM education to people can better improve our communities and provide people a high-tech environment but to a limited extent. We should not forfeit the right to learn the language art in our stage of life. When we feel stress in chasing the technology, just spare some time to udnerstand the essence of language arts, and unwind ourselves.

Ya, I couldn't agree more.
Most of us have not realized the importance of arts. We're all blinded by materialism...
Good job writing this essay!
And by the way, I found some mistakes:
"Undoubtedly, people today are seemed to be..." -> "Undoubtedly, people today seem to be..."
"In conclusion, that is truth that..." -> "In conclusion, it is true that..."
It's long but it's not torturing to read. Good job.
